Comfort package ~  the most ideal one

With the comfort package I guide you during pregnancy, delivery and maternity period.

To start with, we make a no-obligation introductory meeting to get to know each other a little better. In addition, we plan three preparation interviews of 1-1 1/2 hours (in consultation the content can be adapted to your situation). I guide you in writing a birth plan, your birth wishes and I discuss postures, breathing, explanation of physiology, natural birth, information about other scenarios.

Processing a previous delivery experience is also discussed. In addition, your partner can get information about his/her support for you during pregnancy and delivery and how he/she wants to be guided.

In addition to our conversations, you can reach me via email, telephone or WhatsApp during office hours. From 3 weeks before your due date of delivery to 2 weeks after that, I am available 24/7. I provide continuous support from the active phase (regular contractions every 5 minutes), regardless of the duration of your delivery, until 2 hours after. I will remain available for support via email, telephone or WhatsApp for up to 6 weeks after delivery.

During your maternity period we have a conversation about your delivery and 6 weeks after the birth we have a final conversation.

In short, I accompany you throughout the entire period.

With the plan-package I guide you during the pregnancy, during and after your planned caesarean section. You have all above mentioned at the comfort package. But because I am present for fewer hours at the birth, the price is adjusted.

With the pregnancy-package I guide you during the pregnancy to prepare for your delivery. I coach you in making your "birth plan" in which you describe your birth wishes. The first 6 dots at the summary aply to this package. Of course you always have the option to expand to also support during childbirth.
